HOW??
I got some tips from WIKIHOW..

A. How to Get Rid of an Inferiority Complex

  1. Bear in mind that every human being in this world is different; no one face or body is the same. Your 'inferiority' as you may refer to it, can also be seen as a unique or individual quality. What makes you feel these things are 'inferior' to everyone else? If there is no norm amongst human beings, how can there possibly be any form of inferiority?
  2. Ignore what others may perceive of your 'inferiority', 99.9% of everyone you walk past in the streets and towns pay no attention to you for any reason.
  3. If you have a complex about a specific body part, think hard about what makes them 'inferior' to everyone else's. Write this on paper if it helps. Seriously think about the logic of this; you're not going to seriously get stopped in the street for having what you think of as 'inferior' hands or feet.
  4. Confront your biggest fears. Do you think people will stare at you or make comments? These are all valid worries but do bear in mind - everyone is different. Any comments you receive are invalid and must be ignored at all costs. It's absolutely certain there is something they think is wrong with them, too.
  5. If you find your inferiority difficult to deal with, enlist the help of a friend. Good friends will help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Good friends will tell you the truth, and you can work together on ways to make you feel better about you self. If you find it difficult to talk with friends, ask them if they feel inferior sometimes; you may be surprised how worried people get.
  6. Examine other people (not through obvious staring). How do they react to their own bodies? This could help you in your situation.
B. How to Stop Thinking About How Others May Feel

  1. Think about who you're always trying to please. Mother, father, grandparent, brother, sister, friend?
  2. Consider how often you have actually pleased that person. Probably not very often. If you worry constantly about how others feel, it is probable that someone in your past was seldom pleased with you.
  3. Ask yourself, what did/does that person do when you don't please him or her? Did they sneer with disgust? Did they yell? Did they give you the silent treatment? Did they get depressed and ill?
  4. Try to change the way you think about their displeasure. It is not a disaster if they sneer; it is only uncomfortable. You can choose to think about someone who is easy to please and who likes you. You don't have to think about the person who yells at you; you can think about the person who smiles when you come in the room.

C. How to Eradicate and Stop Negative Thoughts

  1. Make the decision that you are going to be the one to decide what your thoughts are and will be. You can control what you think about. This means making a daily effort to consciously program positive thoughts or affirmations into your mind.
  2. Surround yourself with positive people. Have you ever heard the saying, "birds of a feather flock together"? It is the same with both positive and negative people. If your current friends do nothing but tear others down, complain, and generally be negative, it is going to be very difficult for you to get over being negative in that environment. You may, very well, need to make some new friends.
  3. Refuse to accept negative comments when you know they're undeserved. For example, if you're making progress on a project and you hear someone commenting about how you've just been wasting your time, simply tell yourself that it's not what I think, it's not what I believe. You know that you've made progress on the project, you've used you time well, and that you deserve praise. However, don't ignore all criticism, otherwise you'll end up missing out on a lot of great ideas.
  4. Change your language. The words 'should', 'could' and 'might', are out. For example, change "I might go and fix the car" to "I will go and fix the car". That way you're talking action and making a promise you are more likely to stick to.
  5. Think for yourself.
  6. Use your initiative instead of waiting for people. You can waste a lot of time waiting for others to act.
D. How to Get over a Crush

  • Talk to people you can trust about how you feel. Be honest with yourself. Try and figure out what exactly attracted you about this person and use the opportunity to learn more about yourself.
  • Just wait it out. New people will come along, they always do. It hurts to get rejected, but there are plenty of fish in the sea.
  • Remember that everyone has had at least one impossible crush in a lifetime. Be careful not to fall into believing that because one person doesn't want you, you are bound to end up miserable and alone. This is simply not true.
  • Often, in retrospect people will look back to their impossible crushes and say "Ugh! What did I ever see in them?" You have built up your crush to be this image of perfection, but be realistic and accept their flaws. If you get rejected outright, be grateful for the honesty; now you can move on without asking yourself "what if?" If the other person is too spineless to reject you outright, ask yourself if you'd really want to be with a person like that anyway... probably not.
  • Travel somewhere. It might help you get that person out of your mind.
  • Make friends. Meet other people. Hang out with them, and have fun so you won't be thinking of that person all day!
  • Ask your close friends what the flaws on that person are. Sometimes you like a person so much, you won't even see that!
  • It isn't always possible, but try and find a new guy/girl. Look at that person and try and find qualities that are better than your old crush.
  • Find a reputable mental health professional and speak with them. They may be able to offer you a wealth of advice.
  • Sometimes listening to music helps. Relation to artist's emotions can really help you deal with someone you just can't have.
  • If you're not likely to see them again and they don't know you like them (if you met them whilst on holiday for instance) forget them. That's easier said than done, but try not to dwell on it as there is no point wasting your life moping about somebody who has probably forgotten all about you. Remember that you may not have really got to know them, and may not have liked them so much if you did, so in reality you perhaps have a crush on an imaginary person based on a brief meeting with someone you were attracted to.
  • Remember that time is the greatest healer of all. Sounds cheesy and hard to digest at first, but it's true.
  • Since you've already realized that you can't be with them and that there's no other way, it's not bad to indulge yourself and slip into a fantasy world every once and a while. It's only natural.
  • However, DO NOT make these fantasies your life. Get to know other people. Having a crush and KNOWING you can be with other people IS and CAN BE healthy. Living in your daydreams and abstaining from other people's affections is NOT.
  • It's fun to keep your mind preoccupied, but please, realize that crushing on people who are simply unattainable through marriage, civil union etc etc. is rather futile.
  • Be prepared for your neighbor to act weird around you if you have followed the last step of being honest to them.
  • Keep smiling. Think positive thoughts and it will show on your visage.
  • Remember that there are many other people simply begging for it from you.
  • When you see them, smile and greet them like usual, and walk away confidently. (a/n: I don't think I can do it T___T)
E. How to Stop Yourself from Crying

  1. Familiarize yourself with those situations in which you are likely to cry. Be prepared: bring tissues, make up.
  2. Be aware of places you can go to cry if the impulse to cry overwhelms you--bathrooms, stairwells, or even just outside.
  3. Swallow saliva. and then bite your tongue.
  4. Practice long., slow deep breathing every day. Visualize a peaceful place as you breathe.
  5. Take a really deep breath, during any occasion on which you feel that you might cry, and let it out calmly and coolly. You might even try to think of something that makes you laugh. OR, when you find yourself in a situation in which you are likely to cry, try your long, slow, deep breathing and visualization. There's no need to wait until you're fighting the impulse: start a little earlier than you think you'll need to and continue a little longer than you think is necessary. Be ready to retreat to a safe place if you have to.
  6. Once you're certain you're fine, return to your normal breathing pattern.
  7. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
  8. Blink a few times and look into the light; this makes your pupils constrict and keep tears from falling.
  9. Cross your eyes. This is also another way to prevent tears from forming.
  10. Also, rolling your eyes works the same way.
  11. Pinch yourself, or bite your tongue -- your mind will focus on the pain instead of the emotion. Don't pinch so hard that you cry from the pain, though.
  12. Get a stress squeeze toy. It really helps release all the negative energy that's all inside. Screaming helps too sometimes. Get something to scream into that makes it muffled and quiet.
  13. Do math problems in your head. Emotion comes from the right side of the brain. Doing even simple addition and subtraction activates the left side of your brain and can circumvent the emotional response you're having.
  14. Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth (or tickle the roof of your mouth with it).
  15. Smile. Yes, this is what everyone tells you to do but smiling usually releases endorphins that make you feel better.
  16. Laugh. Laughing is a common impulse when there is something funny. Though this is not a fun situation, laughing stimulates chemicals in your brain that causes crying and clams it.
  17. Yawn. Yawning helps to loosen the tight feeling in your throat that comes along with crying.
  18. Pinch. Pinch the skin between your index and thumb. Or anywhere else that works for you. It concentrates your brain onto a new area of pain which makes the tears stop forming.
