How to stop blaming my self
When I have problems..I blame myself a lot for the problems, although I know it's not my fault....and I know it's a bad habit..but yeah..can't help it T___T
so I browsed..how to stop blaming myself..and I hope yeah..i can stop blaming myself soon >,<

from WikiAnswers:
Blaming yourself for things is a bad mental habit. You can break bad habits. First, start using the word "realistically" or "logically." You want to begin thinking about things in a realistic way instead of an emotional way. Blame is an emotional way of thinking. When you catch yourself feeling guilty, stop and think about the realistic parts of the situation. For example, if a friend suddenly seems to be angry, instead of automatically blaming yourself, think of realistic reasons for them to be angry. Perhaps they stubbed their toe or forgot something; maybe they are thinking about an argument they had with someone. If your realistic thinking tells you that you actually do have some part in whatever is going on, then you can fix it and move on.

You can do it, Laura~~!!
Hwaitting!!
